As the lead brand designer for the National Domestic Violence Hotline’s redesign, I was instrumental in shaping the organization’s visual identity and messaging. My role involved developing a cohesive brand strategy that aligned with their mission, enhancing accessibility, and ensuring the design resonated with and supported their audience's needs. Through strategic planning and collaboration, I contributed to a refreshed, impactful brand experience for the National Domestic Violence Hotline.

We are dedicated to supporting and advocating for victims and survivors, offering hope in times of crisis, and promoting healthy relationships for all.

The tone and personality of The Hotline reflect our purpose, the actions we take to embody that personality, and the principles and values that guide our tone. This essence captures the heart of our work, resonating with everyone connected to the organization—staff, partners, allies, and donors alike.
